Meet Caitlyne
Life is messy and being human is hard. Unlearning, rewiring, and discarding is some tough shit — healing is not pretty. It is gut-wrenching and painful. In my lineage, we call it slaying dragons, and by golly, that's exactly how it feels at times. But I have found beauty on the other side.
That's what brought me here.
A Seattle-based movement and breathwork facilitator, my work lives at the intersection of body, truth, and self-trust. What began in 2009 as a personal relationship to movement has evolved into a deeply informed practice rooted in somatics, Polyvagal Theory, and lived experience.
My approach moves beyond performance or technique — guiding people back into direct relationship with their bodies as a source of intelligence, regulation, and clarity. I challenge the idea that healing comes from outside authority. Instead, I teach discernment — helping people become the teacher they once needed by learning to listen inward.
My work is known for being both grounded and confronting: heart-centered, but never bypassing. I create spaces where people can stay with themselves, even in discomfort, and begin to build real safety from the inside out.
